What We Measure
Addressing the need for individualized learning alone does not produce durable learning gains. The most powerful learning environments pair adaptive instruction with motivation, purpose, and consistent adult support. Our evaluation framework reflects this: we track academic progress, student engagement, teacher development, and the conditions that support outcomes that hold over time.
We are committed to independent, rigorous documentation of what works — not because it validates our approach, but because evidence is what allows responsible scale.
From the Field
Malawi
Limitless Education ran a three-month pilot across 5 schools in and around Dzaleka Refugee Camp, in partnership with Guide School, Our Future Prize, and local educators. The pilot combined AI-powered, personalized and mastery-based learning with a motivation model adapted to the local community. Teachers received specialized training, giving them the tools and certification to support their students through a new way of learning.
Motivation systems — including daily nutritional support, recreational activities, visual progress tracking, and team building activities — were shaped with input from local leaders. Students showed strong engagement throughout, and teachers discovered their students were capable of far more than anyone had expected. The pilot validated the operational infrastructure needed to run the model: solar power, device management, internet setup, and remote teacher training and support.

Dzaleka Refugee Camp, Malawi, 2025
"We were shocked by how the students adapted. Even our teachers were transformed. This experience gave us hope for something better in our school."
— School Leader, Dzaleka
"Now I see a change in my teaching. I let students do more, and I help in different ways. This program has changed me."
— Teacher, Dzaleka
What Comes Next
The Malawi pilot is one data point — an early but meaningful one. Our next phase of work focuses on extending the model to additional contexts, building longitudinal tracking across sites, and partnering with independent researchers to study outcomes with greater rigor.
